Shipping & Returns
We want every order to arrive quickly and every return to be straightforward. Below is everything you need to know.
Pricing and currency
All prices on Rokkie Denim are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). International customers are charged in ZAR at checkout. Your bank or card provider will convert the amount to your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate. Any conversion fees are determined by your bank.
Shipping
All orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been collected.

Standard delivery: 3–5 business days — R100
Express delivery: 1–2 business days — R150
Europe
Standard delivery: 7–12 business days
Express delivery: 3–5 business days

United Kingdom
Standard delivery: 7–12 business days

Standard delivery: 8–14 business days

Standard delivery: 10–15 business days

Duties and taxes
All orders ship from South Africa. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
United States: Orders below $800 are generally not subject to import duties.
United Kingdom: Orders over £135 are subject to UK import VAT.
European Union: Orders are subject to VAT in the destination country.
All other countries: Local import duties may apply based on the value of your order.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you are uncertain about applicable charges. Rokkie Denim cannot be held responsible for any customs delays or charges.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@rokkie.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@rokkie.co.za. Include your order number and a photograph of the item and we will resolve it promptly, at no cost to you.
