Shipping

All orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of purchase. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been collected by the carrier.

Orders are shipped from Cape Town, South Africa.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Currency

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). International orders are charged in ZAR. Your bank or card provider will apply its prevailing conversion rate. Any applicable conversion fees are charged by your bank, not by Rokkie Denim.

Duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fee.

United States: orders under $800 are generally duty-free. United Kingdom: orders over £135 are subject to import VAT. European Union: VAT applies in the destination country. All other countries: local import duties may apply.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you are uncertain. Rokkie Denim cannot be held responsible for customs delays or additional charges.

Undeliverable orders

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay import duties, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost. If reshipping is not requested within 14 days, a refund minus the original shipping fee may be issued.
