Returns & Refund Policy

This is a standalone policy page with legal weight — clearer and more explicit than the current Shipping & Returns page, which is more customer-facing. This version covers consumer rights under South African law (CPA) while remaining readable.


Returns & Refunds

Rokkie Denim accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to return

Contact us at hello@rokkie.co.za with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Rokkie Denim cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the credit.

Shipping fees paid at the time of order are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of our error.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@rokkie.co.za with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or style, return the original item for a refund and place a new order. For sizing assistance before reordering, contact us at hello@rokkie.co.za.

Consumer rights

In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), consumers are entitled to return goods that are unsafe, defective, or not fit for purpose within 6 months of purchase. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights.

Sale and final sale items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
