Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order in South Africa, with delivery estimated at 3–5 working days from the date you order. Express delivery is R150, estimated at 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the UK, Europe, the United States, Australia, Canada and the rest of the world. International rates are calculated at checkout by destination. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are paid by the recipient.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been collected by the courier.
Returns & exchanges
Are returns free?
Yes. Returns are free in South Africa within 30 days of delivery, as long as pieces are unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached. Email us and we'll arrange a free courier pick-up. View the full policy.
What if my size isn't right?
Email hello@rokkie.co.za and we'll arrange a free pick-up, then place a new order for the size you need. If you're between sizes, message us before you order and we'll advise on that piece.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@rokkie.co.za with your order number and the piece you'd like to return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days and arrange a free courier pick-up from your address.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
Fit & sizing
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size guide based on body measurements (bust, waist and hip). Measure yourself and choose the size that matches. For tops and dresses, go by bust and waist; for shorts, trousers and skirts, by waist and hip.
What size are the models wearing?
Our models are 176 cm and 164 cm tall and wear XS or S.
What is the denim made of?
Our denim pieces are 100% cotton denim. Each product page describes how that piece fits in its Fit & size tab. For anything not listed there, email us before you order.
How do sets work?
A set is two pieces designed to be worn together, priced lower than buying them separately. You choose the size of each piece on its own, so a different top and bottom size is no problem.

Where is Rokkie made?
Every piece is made in South Africa and released in limited drops.
How do I care for my denim?
Care instructions for each piece are listed in its Details tab on the product page.
Orders & payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Instant EFT, Zapper and Mobicred via Payfast; Apple Pay, Google Pay and Pay Later via Stitch; plus Payflex and PayPal. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR); international cards are converted by your bank.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us as soon as possible on hello@rokkie.co.za or WhatsApp with your order number and we'll do our best before it's dispatched.
